Engineering
Engineering Support
Prepare the inputs needed for wind, material, finish and custom pole review.

Review Areas
Fortune Light Pole engineering pages are structured around real project inputs, not generic claims.
Wind Load and EPA Review
Collect luminaire EPA, weight, height and exposure data before quotation.

Materials and Finishes
Compare steel, aluminum, stainless and coating options by environment.

Custom Engineering
Coordinate special brackets, access doors, device mounts and packing constraints.

Engineering Workflow
The engineering pages should make the review path explicit. Fortune Light Pole does not treat a catalog description as final approval; the useful output is a reviewable configuration based on project inputs.
1. Collect site and fixture data
Installation location, pole height, luminaire EPA and weight, equipment count, bracket style and environmental notes.
2. Review structure and interfaces
Shaft shape, arm layout, base plate, anchor bolt pattern, access door position and cable routing requirements.
3. Confirm material and finish direction
Steel, aluminum or stainless direction, finish preference, corrosion exposure and color expectations for review.
4. Prepare project documentation
Specification range notes, drawing coordination items and RFQ assumptions are kept visible for engineering review.
Data Needed for Wind, EPA and Equipment Review
Wind and EPA review depends on the complete pole system, not a single height number. Buyers should share fixture and accessory data early so the quotation conversation starts from the real loading picture.
| Input area | What to send | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Installation context | Country, city or project zone, terrain notes, coastal or exposed conditions. | Helps the engineering team understand environmental assumptions for review. |
| Luminaire data | EPA, weight, mounting method, quantity and datasheet for each fixture. | Fixture load changes pole, arm, base and foundation discussion. |
| Accessories | CCTV, antennas, banners, signage, solar panels, battery boxes or control cabinets. | Additional equipment can affect access, cable routing and load assumptions. |
| Foundation information | Existing foundation drawings, anchor bolt details or civil design requirements when available. | Base plate and anchor coordination should match site constraints. |
| Drawing requirements | Tender drawings, local detail preferences, language, units and submittal format. | Reduces back-and-forth before a reviewable Project-specific is prepared. |
Manufacturing References for Technical Review
Process images should support trust without overclaiming. They show the type of factory evidence buyers can request or discuss during project review.
Forming reference
Pole bending and shaping references for geometry discussion.

Surface treatment reference
titanium plating tower 2 reference for titanium plating and surface treatment discussion.

Storage reference
Material and pole storage photos help buyers understand handling and staging context.
